How can I register to use "Susi Shoppy"?

You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the required details. Before registering, You can review the terms and conditions, and policies of "Susi Shoppy".

Do I need to register in Susi Shoppy to shop?

Yes. You can surf and add products to the cart without registering but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Are there any charges for registration?

No, We are not charging for registering. It's absolutely free to use.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Yes, you can have multiple accounts. But the provided email id and mobile number should be linked with only one account of "Susi Shoppy".

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your buy and try account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Can I have multiple accounts with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes, we understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping groceries. Up to three accounts,you can have the same address. To avoid more money in delivery charges, you can place them as single order.

What's meant by "My Account" in "Susi Shoppy"?

My Account is the section you reach once registered to "Susi Shoppy". My Account allows you to track your orders as well as your order history and you can update your profile details.

What is "Your Orders" in "User Log" tab?

Your Orders is a comprehensive list of all the items ordered by you in "Susi Shoppy". You can reorder the same in future.


Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulizations and delivery charges will be there based on the sale, area and order amount.

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

Is it safe to provide my card details in your site?

Yes it's safe to provide your details. You can read about Susi Shoppy policies and conditions under "Help" tab in app However, if you are still not feeling safe to provide your card information, we have added an option of "Swiping". You can swipe at your doorstep at the time of delivery.

How do you pack the vegetables/fruits?

Fresh vegetables/Fruits are handpicked and hand cleaned. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

When can I expect my order?

Once you are done shopping and proceed the checkout, you will be prompted to select delivery slot. The order will be delivered based on the selected delivery type.

How do you handle the order delivery?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our users.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your delivery address from our "Susi Shoppy" app. Once you log into your account, click on "My Account"� at the top right hand corner and go to the "Profile"� option to change your delivery address.

How can i check the availability of order delivery in my area?

You will be able to check this detail at home tab by entering your area pincode or by selecting your location.

What is meant by cut-off time?

Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. After this time you will not be able to modify or cancel your order. If it's necessary to cancel the order, you can contact us in the mentioned contact number and the final decision is of the retailer.

Can I add products after the cut-off time?

No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the cut off time. However, if you do not wish to buy a product you may return it at the time of delivery and the amount will be credited to your "Susi Shoppy" account.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications from app level. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of your orders.

Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products in our app however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by entering your tracking id under "Track Orders" tab from app.

How do I check which items are not available in my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order?

You will receive an email as well as sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order. If the payment is done, you will receive the item's amount in "Susi Shoppy" account.

Is there any order cancellation charges?

Yes, we charge for order cancellation to compensate for the time and effort incurred towards processing your order. Every time, the order placed has to undergo a system driven process as well as a manual process in order to make sure the order reaches our users on time. For this purpose, a slot is booked for every order that gets placed in our system and the order picking process happens seamlessly. In this entire process we incur labor as well as an opportunity cost on the booked slot. During the event of a cancellation, the entire process has to be stopped and reset. So that, we are incuring cancellation charges.

What do I do if I don't receive my Susi Shoppy item which is invoiced?

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our users, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven't checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 24hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

How do I know that Susi Shoppy has received my order?

You will be receiving a confirmation email and message once your order was submitted successfully. And also, you will get a "Tracking Id". You can use that id to check the status of your order.

Is there any timings to contact customer service?

Our customer service team is available throughout the week from 10 am to 8 pm.

How can I give feedback on the quality of customer service?

Our customer support team constantly strives to ensure the best shopping experience for all our customers. We would love to hear about your experience with buy and try. You can write to us at our site in case of positive or negative feedback.

When and how can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it's out for delivery or by contacting our customer support team. You can cancel your order from the Customer service tab on the Buy and Try app.


How do I modify the quantity of a product in my cart?

Click on "Cart" icon to see the list of the products in your checkout. Change the quantity of the products and click "Enter" and continue shopping.

How do I remove a product from my cart?

Under "Checkout" tab, click the "remove" icon to remove that product from your cart. You may also change the quantity of items to "0" (zero) to remove the product from your cart.


Do you have offline stores?

No, we are purely doing online based services and do not have any offline stores.

Where can I find valid offers/ promo cards?

Under offers tab in our Susi Shoppy app, you could find the list of all products with any discount or promo cards.
